LPBT Taps and Passives

9000LPBT Tap- The 9000-L Power Bypass Tap (L-PBT) series 1GHz multi-tap device taps off part of the input RF signal, dividing it into multiple outputs and allowing remaining signal to pass through. A multi-tap combines a directional coupler and splitter to produce a specific value or signal loss from the multi-tap’s input to its tap ports and is available in 2-way, 4-way, and 8-way models that offer 2-, 4-, and 8-tap ports, respectively. The compact design fits easily into a 6-inch pedestal. All current production LPBT taps have a current handling capability of 17 amps.

9TFC Directional Coupler- C-COR directional couplers and splitters both consist of a main circuit board and a housing. The housing’s environmental coating protects the module from the most severe conditions. A wire mesh gasket maintains RF integrity, while a rubber gasket prevents weather from affecting the module’s operation. A 90° rotating seizure mechanism lets you install directional couplers and splitters easily in a variety of configurations. All current production directional couplers and splitters have a current handling capability of 17 amps.

9DSE Slope Equalizer- The 9DSE corrects for cable slope with its built in equalizer. Its internal circuitry triplexes and isolates AC power, forward signal, and return signal. It is available in several band splits and with either an 8db or 11db slope. All current production slope equalizers have a current handling capability of 17 amps.

9LPI Power Inserter- The 9LPI power inserter passively combines radio frequency (RF) signals with up to 90 volts alternating current (VAC) from a line power supply. The C-COR line power inserter is available in two models: 9-LPI/22A and 9-LPI/22A-ACM-3. The ACM-3 model provides heavy-duty surge protection. A 22-Amp current rating meets the additional current handling requirements for centralized powering and network powering of telephony devices.
