The FibrBoss CB04 customer premises box platform
provides a compact, low profile fiber management
system for transitioning outside plant cable to
inside cable and connectorized assemblies.
The design incorporates a hinging splice tray that
is based on proven fiber routing procedures found in
the CB12, CB24, CB48, and FOSC 400 product line of
closures. The CB04 system provides environmental and
mechanical protection for both fibers and
components. The result is consistent, high quality
fiber management while maintaining access to the
fibers.
The compact size of the CB04 platform offers a space
saving design intended for wall mounting
applications inside the customer’s premises. Robust
fiber management in these less demanding areas
ensures the integrity of the fiber throughout the
network. The CB04 platform provides a rugged
termination point for safely splicing and patching
customers into the network.
